Emirates City, Ajman

Emirates City development, a town-sized development in Ajman is part of a series of projects currently under construction, that are aimed at accentuating the economic progress of Ajman.

Emirates City will consist of around 72 residential and commercial towers. Towers will be surrounded by lakes and green parks, as well as having a shopping district, mosques, five star hotels, educational and medical facilities.

 

About Ajman:

Ajman is located along the Persian Gulf with a population of approximately 235,000 people, which rised drammatically from the population of only 36,000 in 1980. It grew considerably in recent years, due to an influx of people from neighbouring emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, and other countries.

Today, Ajman is fast becoming the an End User’s, or Investor’s haven due to its proximity to the busting economy in UAE, and its low cost of living. Ajman is home to five star hotels, sandy beaches, large universities, colleges, fast developing shopping leisure lifestyle.
